Hydrant flushing will be in effect around Berlin Borough throughout the month of April, according to the Department of Public Works. According to the department, if residents notice discolored water coming out of faucets, running cold water for a period of time should get rid of the discolored water.
Again, hydrant flushing is expected to take place throughout the entire month, typically between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. For more information, contact the Berlin Borough Department of Public Works at (856) 767-7777 ext. 316.
