Students at Eastern Regional High School have the unique opportunity to raise money for their club or organization, and get some practice with the SAT, at the Tutoring Club in Cherry Hill.
The full-length SAT practice test session, scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 13, at 8:30 a.m., will benefit the Eastern Jazz Ensamble, and costs $35.
“It’s a great way for students to donate money back to school,” Tutoring Club director Alan Cohen said. “The students will experience a full length SAT, it’s good practice for them.”
For freshmen and sophomores, it is an excellent time to experience a full-length SAT, and it is good practice for juniors, for the upcoming SAT Tests
Full analysis, including score, strength and weakness areas, and timing and strategy analysis, will be available by Feb. 21.
Just one practice test can build up confidence in students,” Cohen said. “Some students scores can go up 100 points.”
The test is open to all high school students, and proceeds benefit the Eastern Jazz Ensemble.
The Tutoring Club is located in the Short Hills Towne Center, 484 Evesham Road, behind Starbucks and Dublin Square Restaurant.
