YMCA kicked off the 2013 Community Support Campaign

The YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties recently kicked off the 2013 Community Support Campaign with the annual Kick Off Breakfast at the Mt. Laurel YMCA. Celebrating the positive impact the Y makes in the community, the event was emceed by 6ABC’s Rick Williams, a lifelong YMCA member. Special guests included Camden City Mayor Dana Redd, Dr. Christopher Manno, superintendent of Burlington Township Schools, and Bryan Morton, YMCA Camden Program Director.

Sensational Host, Pro Computer Services, TD Bank, SNJ Business People and Thomas/Boyd Communications sponsored the breakfast. The Y’s annual Community Support Campaign helps close the financial gap for Burlington and Camden county families who value or require the Y’s programs and services but may not be able to afford them. The 2013 campaign goal of $1.375 million will provide program support and financial assistance to thousands of local youth and families who need the Y most.
