Freeholder director Bruce Garganio visits Patty Bowker Field
Freeholder director Bruce Garganio (pictured on the left) paid a visit to Patty Bowker Field, where the township is using a $250,000 county recreation grant to build a new concession stand. When the project is finished, the two-story facility will also include restrooms and storage. Inspecting the work-in-progress with Garganio was township committeeman Joseph Barton (pictured on the far right), baseball commissioner Rick Sozio, and Sozio’s son, Alec.
The county has awarded $15 million in rec grants to Burlington County towns over the past two years.
