During a surprise assembly, students got the chance to meet Eagles’ №1 fan — Swoop
The students at Friends School Mullica Hill were treated to a big surprise on the last day of the school year.
Gathered in the gymnasium with faculty and staff, the students noticed parents flooding in— many wearing Philadelphia Eagles shirts and hats.
After a few group songs, faculty led the students in a round of “Fly, Eagles, Fly” and right one cue, Swoop blasted through the doors.
The children clapped and cheered while Swoop made the rounds dolling out hugs and high-fives.
A representative from the Eagles was present and acted as Swoop’s voice.
One student asked, “What does Swoop do?”
In response, “Swoop flies and cheers on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.”
Another student asked, “Does Swoop live in a nest?”
The students learned, “He doesn’t have a nest. He lives at Lincoln Financial Field.”
