Ribbon cutting event in Mullica Hill

At Kennedy Fitness & Wellness, Mullica Hill

Kennedy Fitness & Wellness (KFW), one of the leading gyms in Washington Township and throughout South Jersey, will host a fun-filled event beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, at its Mullica Hill location.

Located at 167 Bridgeton Pike, Kennedy Fitness & Wellness in Mullica Hill will kick off the Health Fair festivities with free medical screenings, such as blood pressure, pulse, and InBody Scans, which provide muscle and fat analysis.

Attendees are also welcome to enjoy free massages, and multiple chances to win raffles and giveaway items. A few lucky participants will also win free one-month KFW memberships.

The Health Fair will also feature some fantastic local vendors, and complimentary coffee and snacks.

At 10 a.m. registered dietitian Stephanie Biggs, LDN, of the Jefferson Health Nutrition Center, will give a presentation titled “Love Your Heart, Eat Chocolate.” Anyone interested in learning why chocolate can be beneficial to their health is encouraged to register for this free program to learn more about lifestyle choices and available weight loss options. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held in the lobby at 11:15 a.m., featuring special guest speakers Louis Manzo, Mayor of Harrison Township; Dr. Greg Taylor, head of the KFW Medical Advisory Board; Glenn Zirbser, Jefferson Health New Jersey CFO; and Heather Simmons, Gloucester County Freeholder and Liaison to economic development.

All are welcome to join the Kennedy Fitness & Wellness Cherry Hill team at this special event.
