The Law Offices of Charny, Charny & Karpousis, P.A., a law firm based in Mt. Laurel, is pleased to announce that Michelle F. Altieri, Esq. has joined the firm’s Divorce and Family Law Group.
For more than 10 years, Altieri has represented clients in diverse matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, and adoption.
She is experienced with all phases of divorce litigation and settlement negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.
Many of her cases involve substantial marital, complex asset valuation and income analysis.
Beyond family law, Altieri is experienced in commercial litigation, including cases with regard to contractual disputes, collections, personal injury, and New Jersey’s Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
She is a member of the New Jersey State and Camden County Bar Associations and has served on the Rules Subcommittee of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee.
In addition, she is a member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court and serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Burlington County.
Born and raised in Gloucester County, Altieri currently resides in Bensalem, Pa. with her husband and two young children.
