A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 10 p.m. tonight, according to the National Weather Service.

A total of two to four inches is expected, with the snow tapering into flurries this evening.

A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or ice will cause travel difficulties . Residents should be cautious of potentially hazardous driving conditions.

Check back at www.moorestownsun.com for further information about cancellations and weather conditions.

Three to five inches of snow is expected during the day in Moorestown, with the possibility for another inch before 11 p.m. Saturday night.

The NWS released this advisory for areas under the winter storm watch: Snow would stick to roadways, especially but not exclusively untreated ones. Snowfall rates would cause the visibility to drop to or below one-half mile for a period of time. Driving would become hazardous.
