The young soccer athletes of the Moorestown Soccer Club are in the middle of a fundraiser to benefit the club and its 28 teams. Working with the Moorestown fundraising company, Fundraisers For All, the local club is offering the “Giovanni’s Pizza” program, which features more than 25 Italian, snack and dessert products to area residents.
In addition to the club’s 350-plus soccer players selling these products either door-to-door or over the phone to friends, family and neighbors, area residents can go online to the Moorestown Soccer Club’s website starting Feb. 15 to order any of the Giovanni’s Pizza products using a credit card.
According to the club’s fundraising chair, Joe Milligan, “Funds raised from this campaign will support our teams in everything from extra training to training equipment, or from tournament registration fees to reducing overall team or club expenses.”
Milligan said the club is particularly excited to offer the convenience of online sales to customers.
