Project to provide pajamas for local children in need

The group needs volunteers to cut the fabric using the templates, sew pajamas, pack them nicely and plenty more.

Join “Project Pajama Buddiezz” with Moorestown’s Huma, Iman, Amaal, Zaara and Zayb Khan to sew pajamas for kids ages 5 to 14 to be donated to local organizations and families in need.

All of the materials will be provided. Please bring your own machine if you own one or use one of four library owned machines.

The group needs volunteers to cut the fabric using the templates, sew pajamas, pack them nicely and plenty more. They will be making cards with uplifting notes to be packed with pajams as well.

Contact Huma Khan with any questions at [email protected].

The event will be held at Mount Laurel Library on Sat, Jan. 5th from 2 to 4 p.m.

The event is being held in partnership with the non-profit organization “Live Civilly.” Anyone interested can please make a donation for this cause and specify “Project Pajama Buddiezz”@ http://www.livecivilly.org.
