Burlington County’s Gardening Expo comes to Moorestown on May 3

Freeholder Director Bruce Garganio announced today that the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders, in collaboration with Rutgers Cooperative Extension, 4H and the Burlington County Master Gardeners, will be sponsoring a Gardening Expo on May 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the county’s Community Agricultural Center located at 500 Centerton Road, Moorestown.

“Local gardeners and those who are just getting into the pastime are welcome to attend and enjoy the expo,” Garaganio said. “Vendors selling plants, crafts and other merchandise with a garden theme that are interested in participating in the market are asked to submit applications by April 11.”

This will be a rain or shine event with free admission and free parking. Garden-themed presentations and workshops will be held throughout the day starting at 11 a.m.
