Joseph B. Maines, a 61-year-old resident of Moorestown, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 after a long battle with cancer.
Maines was born in Mt. Holly on July 21, 1955. He graduated from Moorestown High School in 1974 and went to work for Robinson Chevrolet, later working for Dickman & Hansen in Maple Shade, Vingle Construction in Moorestown and as a Supervisor for the Department of Corrections in Mt. Holly.
Maines enjoyed fishing and exploring the Pine Barrens, but his greatest loves were his dogs and his motorcycles.
He was the son of the late Rosalie E. and Warren W. Maines Sr., and the brother of Warren W. Maines, Jr. (Linda) and Bonnie R Powell (Bob). He is also survived by his nieces, Brenda L. Emmert and Kimberly Galiazzi, nephews, Scott Maines, Russ Maines, Joe Camarota, James Camarota, William Camarota and Stephen Camarota, as well as many great nieces, nephews and many friends.
Funeral service and interment will be private.
