The following information was provided by the Medford Township Police Department.
On Sept. 15 at 3:04 p.m., Medford Twp. Police, Fire and EMS units responded to a residence on Buxley Court for a report of an oven fire.
Arriving units found an active fire in the oven in the kitchen and a smoke condition throughout the residence. Medford Fire Department extinguished the fire and ventilated the residence.
The damage was contained to oven. There was no damage to the residence and no injuries at the scene.
