Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ name three outstanding female leaders to be honored on March 16
The Girl Scouts of Central & Southern NJ, Inc. has named three outstanding female leaders as Women of Distinction for 2017. The Women of Distinction Awards celebrates exceptional women from the community who are stellar role models for the next generation of girls and exemplify what it means to be a G.I.R.L — Go-getter, Innovator, Risk Taker, and Leader.
The women receiving awards are leaders in their fields, innovators of unique programs and services, and are mentors to tomorrow’s generation. All of the honorees demonstrate that studying, hard work, and dreaming big are the keys for women and girls to succeed at achieving their goals.
GSCSNJ’s annual Women of Distinction Awards Breakfast is a celebration of women who exemplify excellence and accomplishment. GSCSNJ will host the award breakfast at The Mansion on Main, 3000 Main Street, Voorhees on Thursday, March 16, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Through their commitment to leadership, excellence and public service, these three Women of Distinction serve as exceptional role models for girls: Kisha M. Hebbon, Attorney & Founder, Law Offices of Kisha M. Hebbon, LLC; Christine Magyarits, Community Relations Manager, Wakefern Food Corp.; and Denise Viola Monahan, Executive Vice President, PNCBank.
“Women of Distinction is an opportunity to bring together business and community leaders and members to recognize the long-term impact of Girl Scouts mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character”.” states Ginny Marino, CEO of GSCSNJ. “The women we honor this year exemplify those values, serve as active role models for our community, and partners in our mission to help girls thrive.”
The 2017 Women of Distinction Awards are supported by Presenting Sponsor: Wakefern Food Corporation; Gold Sponsors: P & G, Pennsylvania Lumberman’s Mutual Insurance Company, TD Bank, NJM Insurance Group; and many other sponsors.
