Rock for Food Super Summer Jam

For a lot of kids no school means no lunch. Come join us for a Super Summer Party on June 18 from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. at the Flying W Airport at 60 Fostertown Road to help us reach our goal of 1000 lb. of food. A contribution of two non-perishable items gets you in and more goes toward feeling families in need.

Music will be presented by Diamond Dogs, The REV band, LeCOMPT, The Deck Band and Flying Circus. Raffles and 50/50, supported by Gentle Ben Charity Donation Program, will also be optional. All raffle proceeds will benefit 4 Paws Dog Rescue. Food drive benefits will be donated to the Food Bank of South Jersey.

Most in-demand items include:

  • Peanut Butter/Jelly
  • Canned Tuna/Salmon/Chicken
  • Pasta/Sauce
  • Canned or jarred fruits and veggies
  • Complete meals in a can (Chef Boyardee, Dintee Moore, etc.)
  • Boxed Cereal/Oatmeal
  • Dried fruit/fruit cups
  • Granola Bars/Breakfast Bars
  • Raisins
  • Rice
  • Powdered or flaked products (milk, potatoes, etc.)
  • Boxed Mac n Cheese
  • Canned Soups/Stews/Chili
  • Dried Nuts
  • Canned Beans
  • Apple Sauce

It is preferred that each attendee brings at least two items for donation. Perishable, opened, homemade, baked, frozen or expired items will not be accepted. Please give generously so that together we can make a difference in our South Jersey communities.
