Saint Joan of Arc Church, 100 Willow Bend Road, is pleased to host Father Michael P. Sullivan, OSA, as he presents a mission entitled “A Time of Grace.” This Mission will be held for four consecutive evenings beginning Sunday, March 16, at 7:30 p.m. through Wednesday, March 19, at 7:30 p.m.
Father Sullivan, ordained in 1967, spent eight years in Parish Ministry. He has served as pastor of two parishes in New York and as a member of Worldwide Marriage Encounter. Since 1980, he has been serving in full time retreat work and parish Renewal preaching.
• First evening: Sunday, March 16 — To be born again — Father Sullivan addresses the call to be born again in the love of Christ.
• Second evening: Monday, March 17 — The healing love of Jesus — Father Sullivan offers prayers for healing along with a presentation on the healing love of Jesus within us. The evening concludes with a meditative Healing of Memories Prayer.
• Third evening: Tuesday, March 18 — The call to be Church — Father Sullivan focuses on our call to be the “Church” as all of us are the Church.
• Final evening: Wednesday, March 19 — Our response to the call — Father Sullivan concludes with an evening with our response to the call. Through examples of the Blessed Mother’s response to God’s call to our relationships person to person, we look at the importance of our response to the call of Christ to be his Church. This final night concludes with a period of silent meditation before the Blessed Sacrament.
A Good Will Offering will be taken.
Refreshments will be served on the final evening of the Mission.
