Evesham Township Police Blotter June 23 — July 1

The following reports are on file with the Evesham Township police department:

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, June 23:

Route 70 East — CDS-Possession: Motor vehicle stop resulted in consent to search. Both occupants arrested for CDS related offenses.

Route 70 West — Found Property: Victims ID cards were found at the business. Items were returned to owner.

Briar Court — Found Property: The victim turned in his bosses cell phone.

Brick Road — Theft: Unknown suspect removed blank prescription pad from victims lab coat.

Caldwell Avenue — Criminal Mischief: Unknown suspect damaged playground equipment.

Maple Avenue, North — Theft: Employee’s purse was stolen from counter in front of office. Male seen leaving office with black bag by another employee.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, June 24:

Route 73 North — CDS-Possession: Marijuana located in vehicle.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant, following a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Subject was arrested on an ATS warrant during a motor vehicle accident investigation.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Investigation of motor vehicle stop resulted in the driver having multiple ATS warrants.

Blanchard Road — Credit Card Fraud: Victim reports debit card was used in Indiana.

Briar Court — Harassment: Harassing phone call claiming the victim is being sued by the IRS.

Brighton Drive — Fraud: Victim reported 4 fraudulent transactions made on her accounts.

Dorchester Circle — CDS-Possession: Subject detected odor of burnt CDS in home, requested police aid in locating any contraband. No contraband located.

Four Crown Royal — Suspicious Activity: A monster beverage can was found by a nearby residence close to a burglary. Victim reported an unknown white male shook her vehicle and ran off.

Orchard Lane — Criminal Attempt: Victim reported she received an e-mail from an unknown individual which she believes to be a scam.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Subject turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, June 25:

Route 70 East — Shoplifting: Female suspect stole property from store.

Route 70 East — CDS-Possession: Marijuana and cocaine found during consent to search of motor vehicle.

Route 73 North — Found Property: Responded to AMC 8 theatre on report of a suspicious package. Investigation revealed the package was a red backpack with a pink blanket inside. Unknown subjects left it outside and forgot it when their ride picked them up.

Route 73 North — Suspicious Activity: Motor vehicle stop led to consent to search, no evidentry items discovered.

Route 73 North — Disorderly Conduct: Suspect became disorderly when she could not get her scripts filled.

Dorchester Circle — Burglary: Suspect attempted to make entry to residence while victim was home.

Hawk Lane — Lost Property: Complainant reported his passport, birth certificate and social security cards were lost or misplaced at his mothers residence.

Morning Glory Drive — Criminal Mischief: An unknown person damaged a drainage grate.

Tuckerton Road — Assist other police department: Assistance was supplied to the Cinnaminson Police Department in regards to the identity of a male shoplifter.

• The following incidents occurred on Thursday, June 26:

Route 70 West — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop revealed two active warrants.

Greentree Road — Theft: Burglary/theft of cell phone from a motor vehicle at 7- 11 parking lot.

Lincoln Drive West — Contempt of Court: I.C.E. turned over suspect on Evesham warrant.

Lindsey Court — Property Damage: Victim reported damage to her vehicle. She reported it was from fireworks in the area.

Majestic Way — Property Damage: Golf ball struck cars windshield.

Maple Avenue, North — Theft: Victims wallet was stolen while working at Wawa.

• The following incidents occurred on Friday, June 27:

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Subject arrested for NCIC hit out of Camden County.

Route 70 West — Contempt of Court: Subject arrested on four traffic warrants from other jurisdictions.

Dorset Court — Fraud: Subject reported attempted phone scam.

Tomlinson Mill Road — Suspicious Vehicle: Silver SUV drove through the lot 3 times.

Tuckerton Road — Fraud: Wire transfer fraud online.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Male committed to BCJ from CCJ.

• The following incidents occurred on Saturday, June 28:

Route 70 East — Contempt of Court: Subject arrested for ATS warrant following a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 North — Contempt of Court: Suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a motor vehicle stop.

Route 73 South — Shoplifting: Two suspects stole candles.

• The following incidents occurred on Sunday, June 29:

Route 73 South — Fraud: Employee suspected attempt to fill fraudulent prescription. Contact made with physician, prescription valid.

Greentree Road — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop resulted in arrest for two ACS warrants.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Suspect turned over by Gloucester Township Police Department on an Evesham warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Monday, June 30:

Route 73 South — Theft: Victim lost her cellphone at TJ Maxx. Victim made contact with someone on her phone that demanded $60.00 to return it.

Route 73 South — Contempt of Court: Male was arrested on a traffic stop after it was discovered he had a warrant out of Cherry Hill.

Caldwell Avenue — Harassment: Suspect threw a pool ball towards victim during a argument.

Chadsford Court — Property damage: Drivers side window shattered by rock while grass was being cut.

Jonathan Lane — Fraud: Subject contacted the post office after not receiving mail for approximately on week. Subject was advised that the post office had been notified, via Internet, that he had moved to Hawaii.

Kingsley Avenue — Soliciting Complaint: Soliciting without a permit.

Lakeside Drive — Harassment: Victim reported jewelry missing from her residence. No forced entry.

Old Republic Lane — Harassment: Victim reported harassing messages on Facebook that threatened to beat her up.

Regency Court — Property damage: Complainant came in with found binoculars.

St. Jean Way — Identity Theft: Unknown person attempted to open a discover card account under the victims name.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop led to arrest for NCIC burglary warrant.

• The following incidents occurred on Tuesday, July 1:

Route 70 East — CDS-Possession: Warrant arrest, consent to search led to CDS possession.

Route 70 West — Contempt of Court: Motor vehicle stop revealed active warrants for driver and passenger.

Barton Run Boulevard — Contempt of Court: Pedestrian stop led to subject in custody for warrant.

Tuckerton Road — Contempt of Court: Took custody of arrested subject at Camden County Jail and transported same to Burlington County Minimum Security.
