The Evesham Youth Advisory Committee is inviting middle school and high school aged Evesham residents to an open house event on Thursday, Feb. 11 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the courtroom at the Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road.
Interested young residents can come and learn how they and their friends can join YAC and make a difference in the community through volunteerism and teamwork.
YAC also allows young residents a chance to make new friends and have fun.
Light refreshments will be served at the Feb. 11 event, and interested young residents are invited to bring friends and parents to learn more about the group.
YAC was started by Councilwoman Deb Hackman to allow young residents a chance to supports and serve the township through various projects.
