The following items were taken from reports on file with the Cherry Hill Police Department:
On Feb. 21, police responded to a report of a hold-up robbery to a delivery man. Upon investigation, it was determined that the individual reporting the incident was completing a false police report. The individual was charged accordingly with Fictitious Report to Police, and Theft of Movable Property.
On Feb. 21, at 1:24 p.m., police conducted a motor vehicle stop for violations on Rt 70. During the course of the stop it was determined that the driver and passenger were in possession of narcotics, both were charged accordingly with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Dispose of CDS and Possession of Hypodermic Needles.
On Feb. 17, police responded to the unit block of Philmar Avenue (Ashland) for the report of a burglary. The incident took place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. on this date. The suspect forced open rear sliding door. Nothing reported missing from the home at this time, incident under investigation by the Cherry Hill Investigative Unit.
On Feb. 16, police responded to the 100 block of Palmwood Avenue (Ashland) for the report of a burglary. The incident took place on Feb. 15, between 10:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The suspect gained entry by forcing open side door. During the incident a large amount of change was taken. The incident is under investigation by the Cherry Hill Investigative Unit.
