In 2007, John began feeling ill and weak. After seeking medical care, John learned his kidneys were functioning at only 35 percent. Doctors said he needed a kidney transplant to survive, which cost approximately $260,000. His daughter, Marita, donated her kidney to save her dad’s life. John will need medical care and very costly anti-rejection medications for life. Thank you for joining us and/or making a donation to help with John’s expenses. For more information, visit www.transplants.org.

Tickets are $45, with $15 from each ticket sold going directly to NFT in John’s honor.

There will be a Chinese auction and grand prize drawing. For tickets and donations, please register with JoAnn Gurenlian by May 8 at 795–1750 or [email protected].
