Hitting the green for a good cause

Bancroft recently held its 2011 Golf Invitational at Galloway National Golf Course near Atlantic City.

Sixty-nine golfers, including former Philadelphia Eagles player Ken Dunek and NJ Assemblyman Louis Greenwald (D-Camden), took on one of the nation’s best golf courses in support of Bancroft’s programs. The event grossed more than $64,000, exceeding the organization’s original $50,000 goal. Following the event, golfing participants enjoyed dinner, awards and mingling with fellow Bancroft supporters.

Bancroft recently held its Golf Invitational at Galloway National Golf Course in Galloway, New Jersey. Relaxing after a great day on the course, Toni Pergolin, President of Bancroft; Martin Bieber, Bancroft’s Board Chairman and President of Kennedy Health System; and John Costanza of Costanza Builders of Cherry Hill, Marquee Sponsor of the event.
