Mike Dickerman visits Temple Beth Sholom Hazak on Tuesday

Temple Beth Sholom Hazak presents Mike Dickerman, on Tuesday Jan. 15 at 1:15 p.m. at 1901 Kresson Road, Cherry Hill.

He will answer, “Who in the World is Raphael Lemkin?”

Refreshments will be served.

The program is free to members. Guests are $5.

Dickerman, M.A.J.S, M.A.H.G is a Holocaust and Genocide Studies scholar, a lecturer at Stockton College, Gratz College and the Center for Civic Leadership and Responsibility.

Upon retirement from a 30-year career in the corporate world, Dickerman returned to graduate studies, obtaining a master of arts in Jewish studies degree from the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College.

His thesis examined post-Holocaust Jewish theology.

He also earned a master of arts in Holocaust and Genocide Studies degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
