“There are still a few spots left in this week’s FREE healthy cooking class at ShopRite, 6:30 p.m. this Thursday (Jan. 17) at ShopRite on Route 70 in Marlton.
This week’s menu features several delicious low-carb offerings: Babaganoush with cucumber and red & green peppers; buffalo shrimp; an oven-roasted vegetable medley; and phyllo cups with mascarpone, pineapple and raspberry.
