Judith McKeon will present “Gardening With Roses: Easy-Care Climbers, Ramblers, and Shrubs” at the monthly Horticultural Society of South Jersey meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. at the Carmen Tilelli Community Center in Cherry Hill.
McKeon will discuss the best methods for cultivating these easy-care woody plants in the garden. She will recommend the best garden varieties, and offer tips on all aspects of rose culture.
McKeon is a trained horticulturist and an author of “The Encyclopedia of Roses” and “Gardening with Roses.” She previously was chief horticulturist and rosarian of the Morris Arboretum at the University of Pennsylvania.
