Name: Chuck Cahn
Age: 60
Occupation: Mayor and former business owner
Political Affiliation: Democrat
Clubs/Organizations: As mayor, I have direct and indirect involvement with most of the community organizations in Cherry Hill. I have used my 30-plus years of business experience to guarantee that these groups thrive so that we have a strong community for today and for generations to come.
Why are you running for mayor?
I am extremely proud to have led the effort to move Cherry Hill forward in a positive way, each and every day, for the last four years. I have worked full-time to keep our neighborhoods safe and vibrant, preserve open space, ensure fiscal responsibility and promote economic development.
If elected, what would be your top priority?
To continue to run the town efficiently and effectively. This means controlling taxes while maintaining our excellent municipal services. Cherry Hill is growing and flourishing. I want to continue the great work we have done and deliver the services and results our residents expect and deserve, while maintaining strong fiscal responsibility.
Name: Philip Guerrieri Sr.

Occupation: Owner of Integrated Mechanical Services Inc.
Political Affiliation: Republican
Clubs/Organizations: Erlton South Civic Association, Cherry Hill Republican Organization, Cherry Hill Republican Club, Camden County Republican Committee, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau, Mechanical Contractors Association of Eastern PA.
Why are you running for mayor?
I am running for mayor to re-establish Cherry Hill as the most desirable location to live in South Jersey. We have lost our identity, individuality and leadership in the county to surrounding areas because our elected leaders lack “political will” to challenge the party bosses.
If elected, what would be your top priority?
Eliminate superfluous township ordinances; put residents back in charge; establish a real master plan limiting variances on properties that destroy our neighborhoods; lobby the county and state to limit their actions negatively impacting our town; create smaller and effective government that allows our residents to lead us into the future.
