Obituary — Marie C. Cioffi-Snyder
Snyder passed away at the age of 94.
Marie C. Cioffi-Snyder (nee Rittmayer), age 94, long-time Pennsauken resident. Loving wife of the late Thomas Snyder and the late Alfred M. Cioffi. Devoted mother of Alfred (Deborah) of Cherry Hill, Dr. Gerald (Mary Lou) of Orange Park, Fla. and William of Jacksonville, Fla. Cherished grandmother of 14, loving great-grandmother of 20 and great-great grandmother of six. Dear sister of William Rittmayer of Collingswood.
Marie served as past PTA president in the Pennsauken School District multiple times and volunteered for many organizations. She was a Grand Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star in Pennsauken and a long-time member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Marie was an avid photographer, enjoyed camping and spending time in Cape May and Lancaster Pa. Dutch Country.
Marie’s family will receive family and friends on Saturday, Jan. 19 from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 36 W. Maple Ave & Chapel Ave., Merchantville, NJ 08109 where her funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment at Lakewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marie can be made to Trinity United Methodist Church at the address above.
