At the event, the library will accept a donation of 25 books from the Hunter’s Heroes Foundation. The foundation was founded in memory of firefighter Lt. Christopher Hunter who passed away in the line of duty in 2014. Clair Hunter, the wife of Christopher, will present the donation to library officials.

After the presentation, there will be activities for people of all ages. Kids will be able to meet a firefighter dressed in full gear and climb aboard a fire truck.

The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Visit www.chplnj.org for more information.
