An ongoing underground sewer and drainage repair is currently taking place at the intersection. Construction is expected to last for a couple weeks.
Construction at the intersection of Park Drive and Madison Avenue in the Erlton section of Cherry Hill kept the intersection closed to vehicular traffic for most of the day on Tuesday.

Cherry Hill Police reported late Monday that the intersection of Park Drive and Madison Avenue will be closed through the afternoon of Nov. 15. The intersection was closed due to a road opening for underground sewer and drainage repair.
According to police, the construction was part of an ongoing project. Closure will be a daily occurrence from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for about the next two weeks. On future work dates, through traffic will be permitted after work is finished for the day around 3 p.m.
