Police responded to the 1900 block of Olney Avenue after receiving the report on Wednesday morning.
Cherry Hill Police helped de-escalate a situation earlier on Wednesday after receiving a report of a suicidal man with a handgun.

At approximately 10:10 a.m., police responded to the 1900 block of Olney Avenue after receiving a report of a despondent man who had a handgun. Police located the man, who was suffering from a mental health crisis. Police were able to negotiate with the man and de-escalate the situation with non-lethal force.
