ESL Conversation Group at 11:30 a.m. at the Moorestown Library. This class is for intermediate/advanced ESL students. The goal of this program is to help increase vocabulary, improve pronunciation, apply appropriate grammar and learn idioms. Please call (856) 234-0333 x2 to receive a self-evaluation form. Once the form is returned, you will be contacted by the instructor to confirm your spot in the class.

MoorArts presents its annual holiday arts festival at 1 p.m. on the third floor of the Church Street Recreation Center. The event will feature an exhibition of student artwork from grades K-12 in Moorestown schools, live music and seasonal crafts for kids.

Learn to weave on a cardboard loom with Schuyler McClain at 1 p.m. at the Moorestown Library. Join local artist McClain for an introduction to loom weaving using a lightweight cardboard loom. Virtual: Stocking your Mediterranean Pantry at 10:30 a.m. The Mediterranean Diet is a healthy way to cook at home. Here is a look at some basic ingredients to keep on hand to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Presenter Rachel Tansey is a senior extension associate for the family & community health sciences department under Rutgers Cooperative Extension in Monmouth County. Tansey works with local partners to educate residents on various topics centered around nutrition, wellness and healthy well-being. Register at www.moorestownlibrary.org.

Beginner ESL at 4 p.m. at the Moorestown Library. Free in-person English class for beginners in speaking, reading and writing English. Text materials will be provided. Literacy NJ is teaching the class and will be testing students before they can attend. Virtual Q&A with the Master Gardeners at 1:30 p.m. Join members of the Rutgers Master Gardener Program of Burlington County for a virtual session during which they will answer questions about your lawn, garden, starting a garden or seasonal gardening topics.
