Wednesday Nov. 8 – Guerilla War at the Jersey Shore: The Pine Robber Phenomenon at the Mullica Hill Library at 4:30 p.m.
Presented by historian and educator Joseph Wroblewski, this program examines what was in reality a civil war during the Revolution between Patriots and Loyalists centered mainly in Coastal Monmouth and Burlington Counties and the almost one million-acre Jersey Pinelands. Saturday Nov. 11 – Veterans Day 5K / 1 Mile Walk Fundraiser at America Legion Post 452 at 8 a.m.
Registration is available online or the day of the event at 8 a.m. The run/walk begins at 9 a.m. Pre-registered participants receive an exclusive event T-shirt, and there are opportunities for company and private donations.
