All members of the community are invited to attend this event, which will raise funds for Knight PTA’s Gift to School.
On Saturday, Feb. 10, A. Russell Knight Elementary Schools’ PTA will be hosting its annual Winter Carnival. The event will take place at Knight Elementary from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be tons of activities for family members of all ages to enjoy. The event will include carnival games, hair stylists from Sweet and Sassy Cherry Hill, the P.J. Whelihan’s food truck, a craft room, a photo booth, a DJ and more. There will be more than 100 items up for bid in a silent auction. The event will also include an online sports memorabilia auction.
The event is open to the public. All proceeds will go toward the PTA’s Gift to School. In the past, these funds have been used to purchase chromebooks, a gaga pit, outdoor play equipment, books for the school reading center and more. This year’s funds are planned to go toward additional technology for the students.
