The Borough Commissioners adopted an ordinance that allows residents who no longer wish to receive door-to-door solicitations to sign up for the “No Knock” registry.
The Borough Clerk will maintain the Registry. Residents can sign up online at www.haddonfieldnj.org and click the Borough Clerk tab. Once the information requested is submitted, a free sticker is mailed to residents for display. The No-Knock form is also available in the Clerk’s office at Borough Hall, Room 101, 242 Kings Highway East.
Vendors issued a license to conduct door-to-door sales receive the No-Knock Registry addresses and a copy of the ordinance prohibiting conducting sales at any premises identified on the current list. A failure to adhere to the regulation will result in violations and fines.
