Summer Kids Art Days is back! The Voorhees Arts Center, in partnership with Voorhees Township and the Voorhees Town Center Mall, is proud to bring to you art classes for kids K-8th grade.
With the leadership of four experienced art teachers, there will be plenty of art activities to keep kids busy learning art techniques and processes. Starting Wednesday, July 21, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., kids grades K-8 will be able to participate in a weekly art class at the Voorhees Arts Center located at the Voorhees Town Center Mall. Classes will change in theme each week, and include activities such as bead & wiring, zentangle, concentration coloring, water coloring, painting on canvas, sand art, and more.
The program will run every Wednesday from July 21 through September 1. Classes are $15 per session for one child, and $20 for two children at $10 per child. If you sign up the day before, it is $20 per child per session. If you are signing a child up for more than 1 session, you must do a separate transaction for each week. If you sign up a child for all seven sessions before July 20, it is $70 total, or $10 per session.
Children will be required to wear masks for the safety of kids and teachers, and due to New Jersey not having a 70 percent vaccination rate.
