A safety presentation called Community Traffic Safety: It’s No Accident will be presented on Sept. 30

Haddonfield is partnering with the National Traffic Safety Non-Profit Keep Kids Alive Drive 25 via a sponsorship through Teachers’ Insurance of New Jersey to present Community Traffic Safety: It’s No Accident, presented by Tom Everson, founder of Keep Kids Alive Drive 25. Anyone concerned about neighborhood and school zone traffic safety in your New Jersey community are invited to participate on Tuesday, Sept. 30 7 p.m. at Haddonfield Middle School on the corner of Chestnut Street and Lincoln Ave in Haddonfield. Keep Kids Alive Drive 25/Teachers’ Insurance Starter kits of one-yard signs and five trashcan decals are provided to the first 50 participants.

The purpose of the program is to educate and engage communities on how to implement a community-wide Keep Kids Alive Drive 25 traffic safety education initiative targeting multiple behaviors — speeding, stop-sign running, cell phone use, tailgating and seat belt use.
