The first session will take place at 7 p.m. and will be closed to the public, regarding the ongoing Bancroft negotiations.

The second will be an open virtual action meeting, scheduled for 8 p.m., during which the three-member body will attempt to pass a pair of resolutions regarding the upcoming sidewalk sale as well as the signing of an agreement with the borough’s affordable-housing developer.
