CamCo to launch food voucher program for low-income seniors

Program for food purchases at Springdale Farms in Cherry Hill expected to last until November.

Per Nancy McCrudden of Mabel Kay Senior Center, Camden County is hosting a Farmers Market Program, which will provide produce vouchers to low-income seniors (age 60 or older) to be used for fruits, vegetables and herbs at Springdale Farms in Cherry Hill.

If your annual income does not exceed $22,459 if single, or $30,451 if married, you are eligible to receive five $5 vouchers per person. You may spend one voucher at a time or several together but there is no change given if the price is less than voucher(s) being used.

DUE TO COVID-19 VOUCHERS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU. THIS IS A CHANGE FROM PRIOR YEARS. YOU MUST CONTACT CAMDEN COUNTY SENIOR SERVICES TO REQUEST YOUR VOUCHERS.
