The Haddonfield school district is hosting an in-person and virtual meeting Wednesday regarding its upcoming bond referendum. The session will take place at the high school library on Wednesday, August 4 at 7 p.m. and on the district YouTube channel.
The board of education will use the session to go into detail on how the referendum will fund the district’s needs. A referendum allows the district to address those needs with a fiscally conservative approach that capitalizes on state aid only available through that route. The board expects to hold the referendum on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
A special website has preliminary information on the meeting, and the district will share more details after the meeting. To learn more, visit https://sites.google.com/hsdvote24.com/hsdvote24/home.
