Rising Sun Lodge No. 15, F&AM, is proud to announce the availability of two $2000 Education Grants for college-bound students graduating from area high schools in the spring.  Rising Sun also wishes to announce that nominations are now open for its 2023 Educator of the Year Award for outstanding educators and administrators in school systems located in Camden County and the greater Haddonfield area.

Rising Sun Masonic Lodge is located at 16 Kings Highway East in Haddonfield’s downtown Historic District. Both the Education Grant and Educator Award programs are administered by Rising Sun Scholarship Fund, Inc., a wholly-owned 501(c)(3) charitable subsidiary of Rising Sun Lodge, formed to recognize the accomplishments of area students and the invaluable contributions to education made by area teachers, principals, and school administrators. Grants and the Educator of the Year Award will be awarded to recipients at Rising Sun’s annual Education Banquet, to be held this year on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

To obtain a Grant application, or to nominate an educator for the Educator of the Year Award, please contact RSSFI Chairman David A. Frankel at [email protected], to request the appropriate application. Please include your name, phone number, e-mail and, for Educator of the Year Award nominees, the name and school affiliation of your intended nominee.  Complete applications will be due by April 15, 2023.
