Cherry Hill Public Schools opens pre-registration for kindergarten and first grade

Visit the Cherry Hill Public Schools’ Registration Office website at www.chclc.org to begin the pre-registration process online.

On Jan. 18, Cherry Hill Public Schools (CHPS) will open its online pre-registration for full-day kindergarten and new first graders for the 2022-2023 school year. Students who are currently enrolled students at CHPS, including Barclay do not need to reregister.

Due to COVID-19, all registrations will be completed online.

To be eligible for kindergarten, children must be five years old on or before Oct. 1, 2022.

Required registration documentation includes:

  • Parent documentation
    • Parent Photo ID
    • Two proofs of residency
  • Student Documentation
    • Birth Certificate or passport
    • Most recent physician’s immunization records
    • District Registration packet
    • IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
    • Custody documents (if applicable).

All registration will be completed online.

Please visit the Cherry Hill Public Schools’ Registration Office website at www.chclc.org to begin the pre-registration process online.

Continue the registration process as detailed on the website.

Barclay Early Childhood Center registration for pre-k students will open in February.
