The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 128 new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the aggregate number of confirmed positive cases in Camden County to 58,503 and 1,296 total fatalities.
Of Wednesday’s 109 new cases, 29 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 36 years old.
Of Thursday’s 94 new cases, 29 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 34 years old.
Of today’s 128 new cases, 40 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 32 years old.
Between Wednesday and today’s new cases, there have been a total of 98 cases are among patients under 18 years old.

“Unfortunately, we are continuing to see the Delta variant maintain its grip on our region from cases to hospitalizations,” said Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “If you haven’t done so already, please get vaccinated now.”
To date, 355,526 Camden County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 308,748 are fully vaccinated and 18,896 have received a third dose. The county Health Department is continuing to closely track new cases of COVID-19 and information regarding the prevalence of the Delta variant. New cases are often reassigned to other municipalities over the course of an investigation.
