Release according to the Gloucester Township Police Department.
On Oct. 7, at 11:11 p.m., Gloucester Township Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to AutumnĀ Ridge “A” Building for a structure fire. Officers arrived and began evacuating the building while fireĀ department personnel attempted to locate the source of the fire. The blaze was found in the kitchen of apartmentĀ 12, and successfully extinguished before spreading to adjoining apartments. As a result of the fire, one residentĀ was displaced while another resident was treated for minor smoke inhalation on scene by AMR. FireĀ Department personnel from Blackwood, Chews Landing, Lambs Terrace, Erial, and Pine Hill Fire DepartmentsĀ responded and assisted.
Camden County Fire Marshall’s Office responded to investigate. While this incident does not appear to beĀ suspicious at this time, it is being investigated by the Gloucester Township Police and County Fire Marshal.
