The Katz JCC will host its annual Pro-Am Golf Tournament on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at Galloway National Golf Club in Galloway. The Pro-Am is presented by The Gottlieb Families/ResinTech and Vernon Hill/Republic Bank.
Players will enjoy a day of golf alongside a professional golfer from the tri-state area on Galloway’s picturesque course overlooking Reeds Bay and the Atlantic City skyline.
This year’s Roger Davis Memorial Community Service Award will be presented to the JCC Staff and Volunteers to recognize them for their tireless work throughout the COVID-19 crisis. While the doors of our JCC have been closed, staff and volunteers worked diligently to make personal calls to the elderly, hold countless amounts of online fitness classes to keep people healthy and fit and maintained a strong sense of community throughout these past few months. For these reasons, we are proud to recognize the JCC staff and volunteers as this year’s Roger Davis Memorial Community Service Award recipients.
In addition to 18 holes of golf, the day includes a grab and go breakfast, socially distanced lunch stations in various locations on the course, and an outdoor food truck picnic dinner. Proceeds from the JCC’s Pro-Am provide critical financial assistance to hundreds of campers at the JCC Camps at Medford, affording a memorable summer experience for all, including our Open Hearts / Open Doors Special Needs Inclusion Program.
Individual golfers can register at $600/player, and a variety of sponsorships are available as well. For more information, please contact Brian Adler, JCC Development Director at [email protected].
