Gloucester County health officials have announced 30 more positive COVID-19 cases in the county this morning.
As of April 1 Gloucester County has conducted 1,028 tests. Of those tests 855 are negatives, 150 are positives and 23 are still pending.
The newest cases of COVID-19 in Gloucester County are as follows:

- A 50-year-old male from Woolwich
- A 79-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
- A 64-year-old male from Westville
- A 29-year-old male from Westville
- A 34-year-old male from Washington Twp.
- A 50-year-old female from Mantua
- A 73-year-old male from East Greenwich
- A 38-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
- A 45-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
- A 39-year-old male from Franklin Twp.
- A 74-year-old male from Franklin Twp.
- A 34-year-old female from Glassboro
- A 27-year-old female from Monroe Twp.
- A 35-year-old female from Deptford
- A 42-year-old female from Woolwich
- A 54-year-old male from Greenwich Twp.
- A 49-year-old female from West Deptford
- A 26-year-old female from Washington Twp.
- A 36-year-old female from Deptford
- A 29-year-old male from Washington Twp.
- A 65-year-old male from Washington Twp.
- A 41-year-old male from Washington Twp.

County health officials are working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had.
At this time, health officials state that the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low, however cases are expected to continue rising. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases. A mask should only be worn if a healthcare professional recommends it.

Most people with mild symptoms do not need to be tested. It is important to stay home and isolate from others while sick.
