On Friday, Dec. 20, the Evesham Township Police Department is hosting a free screening of the movie “The Polar Express” in the Evesham Township Court Room. Doors open at 5 p.m., Santa will arrive at 6 p.m. and the movie will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The event will feature letter writing to Santa, a visit from Santa himself, hot chocolate, popcorn and cookies. Attendees are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring a blanket.
Contact Officer Christine Schmidt at [email protected] to reserve a spot. Officials request that all children attending be able to sit for the duration of the film. According to Schmidt, limited spaces remain, so act quickly if you would like to attend.
