July 19
- Units responded to a reported dwelling fire in the Villages of Berkley where the homeowner saw smoke in their condo. The fire department responded and cleared the scene.
- Patrols took a theft report where a township owned trashcan was stolen.
- Officers responded to a crash on Mantua Boulevard in the area of Center Street.
- Officers took a theft report for stolen air conditioner condensers from an abandoned business.
- Units took a theft report in which a homeowner reported a large amount of cash was stolen from their safe.
- Patrols took a report of theft where a debit card was stolen by a gas station attendant.
- Units responded to a parking complaint in the Villages of Berkley, but the vehicle was gone by the time officers arrived.
- Officers dispersed a group that was loitering in the old K-Mart parking lot.
July 20
- Officers checked on the well-being of a parent who was transporting a young child.
- Units responded to the Conoco gas station for a customer leaving before paying for the gas they received.
- Officers assisted the N.J. State Police with a crash on Route 55.
- Patrols responded to a minor crash in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot.
- Units responded to a domestic disturbance in Wenonah between a couple. It was just an argument and there was no physical abuse.
- Units responded to Tyler Mill Towing for a customer that was refusing to leave the property.
- Patrols responded to a crash on Route 45 in the area of the Home Depot in which one vehicle was overturned and both vehicles needed to be towed.
- The tow truck from the previous crash also became involved in a crash while on scene and had backed into the ambulance that was on scene.
- Units responded to a domestic disturbance between a couple. The male was arrested for simple assault and transported to the County Jail.
July 21
- Officers assisted a motorist that had run out of gas at 3 a.m. They transported him to the gas station and back to his vehicle.
- Units responded to a jet ski that was stolen overnight. The boat was entered into NCIC.
- Officers took a report in which a juvenile was contacted via Instagram to see if they were interested in purchasing drugs. The juvenile knew the other person from middle school.
- Units took a report for criminal mischief in which the victim stated their car was “keyed” at the Route 45 Wawa the night prior.
- SLEO II Wolfsgruber conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested an occupant for an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released.
July 22
- Officers responded to a report of harassment between a woman’s ex-husband and her new boyfriend.
- Units responded to a single-vehicle crash in which a vehicle struck a pole and needed to be towed.
- Patrols assisted N.J. State Police with a crash on Route 55
- Patrols responded to over seven calls for service that was a result of the strong storms that came through. Most of the calls were trees and wires down in the roadway.
- Officers assisted a motorist that had locked their keys in their vehicle while at their apartment.
- Units responded to a report of a fight involving a woman and her son’s girlfriend.
July 23
- Units checked on the well-being of a subject who has not been heard from for a few days.
- Patrols took a report for a damaged vehicle as a result of the last night’s storm.
- Officers responded to Glassboro Road in the area of Route 55 for a concrete truck that was spilling concrete into the roadway.
- Patrols responded to a male who was acting out and breaking things in the house because he left the windows open in his vehicle.
- Officers responded to a homeowner who had found some drug paraphernalia on his side yard.
- Officers checked on the well-being of a subject who had not been heard from since Sunday. Officers entered the house and found the homeowner deceased.
- Units responded to a crash on Breakneck Road in the area of Main Street.
- Patrols also responded to a crash on Route 45 in the area of the Telford Inn for two vehicles that failed to yield to each other.
- Patrols responded to a domestic disturbance between two roommates. One subject was arrested for simple assault and a restraining order was granted.
July 24
- Officers responded to a neighbor complaint where one could smell the other smoking marijuana.
- Detectives investigated a vehicle burglary that occurred in Wenonah.
- Units responded to a crash involving a postal vehicle.
- Patrols took a harassment complaint where one employee of a local business was fired and threatened another employee.
- Ptl. Mroz conducted a motor vehicle stop and arrested an occupant on an outstanding warrant. He posted bail and was released.
- Units responded to a juvenile who was overdosing on an unknown substance and was chasing vehicles down the street.
- Officers took a theft report for a backpack that was stolen from a vehicle containing a wallet and keys.
- Patrols responded to a crash on Center Street in which the vehicle was overturned.
- Units responded to a reported house fire on Crescent Hollow Drive and closed the roadway while the fire department investigated.
- Officers responded to a crash on Lambs Road at the intersection of Tyler Mill Road.
- Sgt. Herner attempted to stop a vehicle and the operator of the vehicle fled from the car stop. A perimeter was set up and the driver was located and arrested for multiple offenses.
