Two Cherry Hill organizations are winners of South Jersey Gas’ annual Game On Grant program. Twenty grants of $1,000 each will be awarded to help provide critical support to local community-centered children’s athletic programs, leagues, clubs and recreational program.

“It’s our privilege to provide financial support to help reinforce the incredible efforts of the many volunteers in our community who give their time and talents to these children’s sports programs,” said Dave Robbins, president of South Jersey Gas. “Our customers and employees live, work and play in the same communities our Game On Grant Program is designed to support, and we’re proud to partner with these 20 organizations to promote safe, active, healthy living for so many kids in our region.”

Since 2011, South Jersey Gas has contributed $135,000 toward community-centered children’s athletic programs. The 2019 Game On Grant Program recipients from Cherry Hill are Cherry Hill American Baseball League and Cherry Hill East Ice Hockey.
