The following information is on file with the Mt. Laurel Township Police Department:
On June 6 at approximately 9 a.m., police say an officer was conducting a routine walk-through of Hillside Elementary School when the officer observed a male allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.
When the male left the school, police say the officer made contact with the individual in his vehicle.
Upon further investigation, police arrested the man on charges related to DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police then transported the man, age 32 of Delanco, to MLPD headquarters for processing.
The man was then remanded to the Burlington County Jail.
