On Saturday, June 22, several local legislators are hosting an event entitled “Pathways to Success: A Seminar for Men” from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rowan College at Burlington County.
The event will take place in the college’s Votta Hall, located at 300 College Circle in Mt. Laurel.
Sen. Troy Singleton, Assemblyman Herb Conaway and Assemblywoman Carol Murphy of New Jersey’s seventh legislative district will be jointly presenting the seminar.
Workshops will cover starting a small business, knowing one’s legal rights, getting the job one wants, financial planning and money management and a conversation on fatherhood.
The seminar will begin at 9 a.m. with a free breakfast and networking opportunity.
