Chris currently serves as President and CEO of ERI and was one of three founding members of the company in 1990.  Civil Engineering is a Noll family career spanning three generations. Jeremy began working with his father part-time at ERI in 2001, went full-time in 2007 and earned his PE license in 2012.

“I’m so grateful to be working side by side with my father; I’ve learned so much from him and the rest of the engineers at ERI.,” Jeremy said. “As a partner, I want to help continue to grow the company while providing quality service to our existing clients.  Through my work with ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), I also want to continue to help advance the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) initiatives at local schools.”

At ERI, Jeremy works with both municipal and county clients, providing engineering services, construction management and survey support services.  His area of expertise includes roadway design, construction management and inspection, infrastructure improvements, construction estimating, planning and zoning board reviews, dam inspections and design, stormwater management and school board of education engineering.  Jeremy is a licensed PE (Professional Engineer), a CME (Certified Municipal Engineer) and a CPWM (Certified Public Works Manager).

Jeremy is active in the community both professionally and personally.  Among the list of his professional clients is the Township of Cherry Hill where he serves as zoning board engineer and special projects engineer.  Jeremy volunteers his time with the South Jersey branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers and serves on the Business Advisory Board for the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation.  He also participates annually in the Carusi Middle School and Cherry Hill High School West Career Fairs, and the entire Noll family is involved with supporting the Cherry Hill Public Library.

In 2018, South Jersey Biz recognized Jeremy as one of the “Twenty Under 40” professionals on the rise in the South Jersey business community.  He was also recognized as one of SNJ Business People’s “40 Under 40” for his contribution to the South Jersey business community.

Chris, his wife, Debra, and their two sons, Craig and Jeremy, have been long-time residents of Cherry Hill, and Jeremy and his wife, Ilene, have also settled in town.  Craig and his wife Alexandria live in Pemberton Borough, and Craig is partner in an insulation company.

“Debra and I are so proud of both our sons,” Chris said.  “One of them has chosen the path of civil engineering, but they are both quite successful in their respective fields.”
